FineMarker - Nd:YAG Laser Marking System 

 

Trotec’s FineMarker laser system combines a diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser with Trotec’s unique high-speed, flying-optic X-Y motion system. The result is a flatbed laser machine capable of engraving and marking metal and other materials in a much larger work area, and at a much lower price than other galvo-based motion systems. 

With Trotec’s Finemarker Nd:YAG laser, you can easily engrave stainless steel, aluminum, brass, gold and silver items - without being restricted to the size limitations of galvo laser technology, or the need to process large batches at one time. The FineMarker can also produce color changes on plastics and remove surface material such as epoxy and powder coating. Because of the high intensity and fine beam quality that the Nd:YAG laser source produces, the FineMarker can laser-mark characters as small as 1pt - offering a powerful tool to meet the high performance demands of today's industrial laser engraving and laser marking applications.

Laser Pointer

 

 

Visual representation of the laser beam enables accurate positioning of the processing head prior to the start of the job, indicating the starting point when laser marking. This is especially useful during set up with items that are irregular in shape or require precise positioning. 

 

 

Trotec offers two methods of auto-focus: standard electro-optical, and the proprietary, software-based auto-focus feature automatically included with the built-in JobControl. This provides users with the flexibility to choose which method is more comfortable for them.

Added protection is available for delicate laser parts such as electronic components and motors, and is designed specifically for work environments that are prone to dust and dirt.

 

 

Trotec’s air assist technology prevents the combustion of flammable materials, and improves removal of dust during laser engraving and cutting tasks. It also offers additional protection for your laser system's lens. Air assist is remotely controlled via the built-in JobControl software.

The FineMarker laser system also features a plug-and-play rotary engraving device to simplify the laser engraving of cylindrical, conical or spherical objects such as glasses or bottles. Objects up to 15.75" (400 mm) long and with a diameter between 0.04" and 6.25" (1 mm and 160 mm) may be affixed to the device. The fixture may be inclined from 0-12° for conical objects. The spring-mounted clamping device also makes loading and unloading from the laser system a snap. 

 

 

 

A powerful exhaust system is absolutely imperative for the safe operation of your Nd:YAG laser system for the protection of your employees and the environment. We offer a broad range of exhaust systems, all fitted with a special electronic module that allows complete control of the exhaust output and monitoring of the filters from on screen. Trolley Base 

As with every Trotec laser machine, FineMarker is supplied standard with a mobile trolley base. 

JobControl Software 

All of Trotec’s Nd:YAG laser systems include our JobControl laser job management software, offering the fast and easy management of all laser engraving and cutting jobs. 

Ferromagnetic Processing Table 

This standard feature permits objects that may tend to shift or flex to be held in place with magnets. The table is manufactured from two sheets of stainless steel bonded to a plastic insert. This provides the flattest possible work platform and the structural strength to support up to 44 lb (20 kg). 
 

E-Commerce Connection 

Real-time communication is an essential part of today’s laser projects. That’s why our Nd:YAG lasers offer E-commerce Connection, which allows users to communicate about laser jobs directly with their customers - reducing handling, job adjustment and proofreading tasks. Customers can prepare text and logos online, and transmit the laser job directly to your laser software

By taking advantage of the output upgrade you can increase the productivity of your Nd:YAG laser without buying a new one. Easy installation. 

Variable Outlet Connector 

The outlet connector can easily be replaced if a different exhaust system to those supplied by Trotec is used.
